Stay Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Xiotrip Paradise Stay. We are delighted to have you with us. To ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience for all our guests, please take a moment to read the following policy guidelines.
- Each bedroom is designed to accommodate up to two guests, with a maximum of four guests allowed in the house. Both bedrooms include attached private bathrooms for your convenience. Guests may freely use all available facilities including the kitchen for light cooking, refrigerator, dining area, Wi-Fi, television, Closed bike parking and open car parking. Please handle all appliances and furnishings with care.
- Children up to 5 years of age can stay free of charge. Children above 5 years are considered as additional persons, and standard charges apply.
- Customers are allowed to check-in rooms, only after the registration at the reception’s desk.
- Check-in time is 12:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM (next day). Any extension or grace period is subject to management discretion and availability.
- Room payment must be made in full at the time of check-in. Advance payments can be made for reservations.
- For advance bookings:
- Cancellations made before 48 hours of the reserved date are 100% refundable.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reserved date will incur a 20% deduction from the total amount paid.
- Bookings made through third-party platforms (e.g., Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, etc.) are considered virtual reservations. The management is not responsible for such bookings unlesspartial or full payment is received directly.
- As per government norms, applicable GST/taxes are not included in the room tariff.
- Payments can be made via cash, GPay (QR code), debit/credit card, or net banking. Counterfeit notes will be reported to the police. Personal cheques are not accepted.
- A valid government photo ID is mandatory for all guests. Foreign guests must provide their passport and visa details at the time of check-in.
- Visitors are not allowed inside guest rooms. They may wait at the reception area.
- We request all guest to maintain cleanliness throughout the stay. Please keep the rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms neat and tidy. Any damage to property, furniture, or appliances will be charged at the time of check-out.
- Outside food and beverages are permitted. If assistance is required from our staff, additional service charges may apply as per your request.
- Narcotics are strictly prohibited inside the residency. So, kindly don’t bring any kind of drugs, to- bacco, liquor, or any other contraband goods. If happened, we will straightly inform the police.
- Gambling and Prostitution are strictly prohibited inside our campus.
- Customers are not allowed to cause any kind of nuisance or disturbance to other
customers or the management persons. If so, you should abide management decision at that time. - Loud music, parties, and gatherings are strictly not allowed. Smoking inside the house is prohibited. Visitors are allowed only with prior approval from management, and pets are not permitted unless confirmed in advance.
- Any disputes are subject to Pondicherry Jurisdiction.
- For safety, always lock doors and windows before leaving the property. Xiotrip is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings. Any suspicious activity should be reported to management im- mediately.
- Please switch off lights, fans, and air conditioners when not in use, and use water responsibly. Your cooperation in conserving energy and maintaining a peaceful environment is
appreciated. - Tariff rates are subject to change without prior notice. If a booking is made before a tariff revision, the rate applicable at the time of booking will be honored.
- The management reserves the right to add, modify, or amend rules, terms, and conditions without prior notice.
